Vehicle Insurance Appraisals
This is a professional detailed document for insurance purposes. Your package will consist of 2 detailed copies (one for you and a secured copy for your insurance company) which will describe your muscle car, classic, custom or collector car in 17 different areas along with 20+ full-color pictures of your vehicle from different angles. The photos will include exterior, interior, engine, trunk, under-carriage and other areas if applicable. This professionally prepared valuation report provides your insurance company with the condition and current market value of your vehicle.
Approximately 1 hour is spent with the average vehicle inspecting all visible components.
The photos of the vehicle are taken during the appointment so as to have a visible record of the condition at the time of inspection. The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and documentation tags are compared for authenticity.
Once all of the information is gathered, we return to the office to prepare and build the appraisal document. Before a value is attached to your vehicle, the appraiser will research your vehicle for quality, authenticity, rarity, known sales figures of similar vehicles and confirmation of modification investments.

Vehicles that are 20 years or older require a Motor Vehicle Appraisal Record form (Green form) to be filled in by a Ministry approved appraiser. This process is required to allow the vehicle to be registered in your name.

OSAP (Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities) form
If you are applying for an OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) student loan, the OSAP application requires that you include the official appraised value of your car. This vehicle valuation is certified and approved by the Ontario government which makes the car value section of your OSAP application fully compliant.

- Full Printed Copy – this will be a bound hard copy of your appraisal document along with your emailed copy. It will be printed on heavy-weight paper, in color and each page will be in a plastic page protector. This is perfect for displaying at car shows or just to have as a quick reference.
- USB Picture Archive – This service will include all of the pictures that were taking during the onsite vehicle inspection and stored on a USB thumb drive for quick access on your computer.
